:) A Christmas card arrived today! It was pretty and cute and had sparkly things inside it. Thank you, Sweets! Thank you also to Kye, alafaye and nursedarry for their Christmas cards. They’re all on my mantelpiece now, under my giant fan. (One of these days I should post pictures of my room. Just cos I like it.)

Speaking of love – the annual love meme is up! I’ve commented a bit there, but can’t see many flisters – go over for some anonymous love, if you’re so inclined. :) Am not in the mood myself.

LOL! I have it because my bedroom is a converted sitting room - student housing. :) Although the fact that both big downstairs rooms have fireplaces is pretty good, since this is a post-war house. My parents' house is Victorian (not unusual where I come from) and there are big fireplaces with proper mantlepieces in the sitting room, dining room, and the main bedroom.
