I saw this on tumblr not so long ago and it spoke to me in a totally different way when I watched it that time from this. Thank you for sharing it. She has a great talent.
The first time I remember watching it I was focused on the effects the eating disorder had had on her, and more what she was presenting about herself.
This time around I was struck by the aspects of how her mother's behaviour had influenced her own and what that might mean for my mother and myself. Unfortunately that wasn't a pleasant prospect.
I guess I should listen to slam poetry more than once more often.
