I am a bit ill and I have to clean the fridge myself and my BEDROOM DOOR IS BROKEN AND THE LANDLORD IS BEING A WANKER ABOUT IT. But none of that is the point of this post! Because I had an awesome long-weekend.

wickedblonde arrived on Thursday and I got to hang out with her and wander round London and we geeked out over Doctor Who figurines. (And we played Literal Amnesia with

son_of_darkness and

marbletables, which is my new favourite game.)

On Friday we went to Pedestal. I’d never been there before and it was great - they had a cool little cabaret with ADORABLE boylesque and this domme who did tricks with FIRE in a sparkly corset and a great little latex fashion show which I liked a lot more than I thought I would. Plus they had lots of cool equipment and a fun set-up, obvs. Weird going in there as a female sub, but then I had a hot domme to hide behind :)

AND ON SATURDAY WAS THE WEDDING. !!! Which was so beautiful. I already knew the bride was gorgeous and I’d seen her beautiful veil and everything, so I wasn’t expecting to be knocked flat, but I was totally like OMG SHE IS GLOWING. And the bridesmaids looked gorgeous and the groom sounded all shy and then REALLY HAPPY all through the vows, it was adorable. Thank you

dora_the_nymph; I’m so happy for you, your wedding was beautiful, and it feels like you gave us a gift too. Because it was so lovely and the dancing was so fun and I got to see your v awesome friends& family again, as well as friends I see far too rarely, all happy and LOOKIN FINE.

Seriously. Everyone I know is fucking hot. There was this moment before we left, where

drazzi (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) were there and so were

son_of_darkness and

wickedblonde and me, and

marbletables looked round at us all and was like EXCELLENT JOB, GUYS. WE ALL CLEAN UP WELL.

And there was

melusinahp in awesome shoes and

raelin continuing her path to Queen of Colour Coordination and

lizardspots!!! FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A MILLION YEARS. And I got to geek out about Sherlock with two old hands, and see

mokatiki and her boy and drink four glasses of champagne.

And then on Monday I finally got to see The Hunger Games! Which I loved. And I was so pleased to see it with

lizardspots and

wickedblonde. Neither of them had read the book but it made it FANDOMY, y’know?

WOW OKAY LOOKING BACK THIS POST CLEARLY DEMONSTRATES MY LACK OF BRAIN TODAY. But I don’t care, because a massive rush of OMG

wickedblonde AND CHOCOLATE TURTLES AND DOCTOR WHO AND PEDESTAL AND KULET’S GOT A BEARD AGAIN AND OMG HOW IS EMILY SO GORGEOUS EEE SHERLOCK I WANT THE BRIDESMAIDS’ HAIR LET’S DO A DANCE ALLLLLL THE AFTER-EIGHTS OW FEET HURT OW HUNGER GAMES TIEM was exactly how it was.

Also my mum’s birthday happened in the middle there too, so there was Indian and some hanging out at home, which wasn’t bad. Also, I reclaimed a summery dress and a Marcus Sedgwick book from my room there.
