I am feeling fairly bleeeurgh. The solution for this, as we all know, is a meme! And I'm going to go with my favourite. This is the one that lets me enthuse about things I like and admire my flist's creativity in requests. WARNING: if you ask me for book-related favourites, there is no knowing how long I might talk!
Ask me my top five favorites in any category. Anything.

2. My friends F & S' place. They just moved in together, and they are two very aesthetic women with good taste who care a lot about the spaces they live in - I should know, since F & I were roommates for two years. So they just have this beautiful, tiny flat and F is one of my bestest friends and I love S to bits, and YAAAAY.
3. Regent's Park. I am a big fan of lingering in parks all day and night long in the summer, and Regent's is my favourite (St James is a close runner up.) It's massive and pretty and has cool stuff to look at and you're never too far from a sandwich shop.
4. My friend
5. This cafe on Brick Lane, for grate hipsterdom. It's one of those mildly obnoxious but gorgeous spaces with walls jammed with stuff to look at and comfy non-matching furniture and flyers for events all over the place and organic cranberry juice, and they let you sit and sit and sit.
5a. Bonus because I can't go there any more: this crazy-beautiful park in Norwich, which is so weird and pretty and not like anything you'd expect to find in Norfolk. There's a little teal-coloured lake and this long path with green verges sweeping downwards on both sides and a flower garden surrounding a fountain and a mini coliseum-thing where they play opera over the speakers at night.
