Guys, let's remember:
the hair may be kind of... um... striking
but it is still better than Tony's hair in Iron Man 3.
I mean, Tony, was there any need to take 'super secret boyband' THAT literally?
Although Thor's hair seems potentially less glorious than Avengers. :( CONCERNED.
Where the hell is that comic about Loki's evil being tied to his hair... saw it on DA somewhere...
Sif's hair is more epic than ever and Jane is looking great. BIT concerned about her going the way of most superhero love interests and getting kidnapped, but I have high hopes for her being in Asgard and getting to SCIENCE her way about and being super-excited about all the discoveries she's making for humankind. It is going to be ADORABLE.
Also, I love enemies who used to be close friends (see also: Captain Jack/John Hart, Professor X/Magneto, Morgana/Gwen) and still wish for it and have so much anger and know how to tear at each other inside. And I love old enemies being allies (see also: Buffy/Faith, Buffy/Spike, one of my favourite Giles scenes ever with Ethan) and yes. Have not had this many feels about quasi-incestuous enemies and rivals who used to have such a bond since Angel/Spike.
Ah, this is all a smokescreen. Like the Loki tag on Tumblr right now, I am mostly consumed by the hair.

Date: 2013-04-23 10:00 am (UTC)I wonder, though, if they'll keep Loki's hair that way after Thor gets him out of his cage. So not all is lost ;)
ETA: And upon reflection, I think I actually prefer this look over the slicked-back movie!Draco-ish look from the first Thor movie.

Date: 2013-04-28 07:20 pm (UTC)Well, I am glad you're happy with that quiff-thing. I just. I look at that hair and hear the Buffybot in my head. HE'S BLOODY STUPID AND HIS HAIR STICKS STRAIGHT UP.
Haha. Another shot in the trailer makes it look like it's back where it was in Avengers. Which I think is something of a shame - it's so solid-looking. I'm not crazy about the wee-Draco hair either, although I think it works for him surprisingly well. My favourite, hottest Hiddles!hair ever is when it's still dyed dark for the films but has his natural curls. The Thor publicity interviews with his slightly long, dark curls? Omg. UNF.
