lokifanHello darlings! It’s my birthday today, and I’m not doing anything tonight (it’s a school night, so people couldn’t). It’s been a nice day and a special friend visited last weekend and this weekend is a houseparty and dinner with the family. Still, I’d like some attention :D And I’d like to give you things.

She heard the door open but didn’t turn around.
“Minerva,” Rolanda said. “He didn’t actually cheat.”
“He knew what he was doing.”
“Severus just asked if you and I were - ”
“He distracted me on purpose.”
“Consider forgiving him.”
“Never,” Minerva said, scrawling an empathic Troll on Sebastian Voreglass’ poor effort.
Rolanda came up behind her, hands on the back of Minerva’s chair. After a moment, Minerva softened enough to lean back into her. “If you’re still annoyed at him by dinner, he’ll think he won. And then he’ll be unbearable.”
“He did win,” Minerva said, disgusted.
“You know what I mean. And really, who’s winning at Quidditch long-term? You do have the coach right here.”
Minerva tipped back her head to meet Rolanda’s amused brown eyes. She lifted a hand to touch her, and Rolanda caught it in hers. “Going to teach me some tricks, Hooch?”
“If you show me yours.”
Minerva abandoned the essays in favour of kissing Rolanda’s smirk off her face.

Date: 2018-03-04 11:21 am (UTC)Ummm. I think probably Greek salad? In terms of things I love that provide the best combination of things I crave (salty olives and feta, crisp cucumber and onions for biting, sweet tomato, etc). Or possibly just chocolate.
