I have my online ADHD assessment so soon

The fear was so powerful for like weeks before (what if they laugh and say you don't have ADHD, you're just crap) and then last night I basically tried to take notes on stuff to remember and had a little cry. Now I'm calmer but in a repressed way, like my heart's still beating fast
