Stepping Into Fire by klashfor. Harry/Draco, ~500 words, PG-13.

I am soooo late reccing this, you have no idea. But it’s GORGEOUS. Inspired by some of the poetry I posted for National Poetry Month, it uses the fire metaphor in a very clever way by bringing the Floo network into things: is the fire danger or anonymity or safety? Idk, it just mixes with the idea of numbness/depression and ‘depression too is a type of fire’ in such a cool way. Plus, the line describing Harry and Draco having sex and Harry “feeling warm for the first time in years”? It is beautiful and sexy and perfect.
